How quiet are they, really?
In our sound tests they measured about 10–20 dB quieter than traditional obstacles, which is roughly 10× less sound energy. They also make a deeper, muffled sound with no pings, squeaks or scratches, so you can session late without bothering anyone.
Do they still feel like real obstacles?
Yes. The slick, textured shell flexes just enough to soak up noise, but you still get real pop, grinds and slides.
Will they slide around on my desk?
No. Silicone traction on the bottom and a weighted core keep them planted on almost any surface.
Why a Silent Pad instead of a regular mousepad?
We tested dozens of rubbers and fabrics to find the quietest surface that still pops like a hard one. Each pad has a realistic printed street graphic, no logos and hidden stitching, so pads tile together into one big park.
What fingerboards and pad sizes work with them?
Fits standard 34mm fingerboards and wider decks. Pads come in Compact (24 × 12"), Standard (30 × 12"), XL (36 × 12") and Full (36 × 18"). Each pad is cut by hand, so sizes can vary by up to an inch.
How durable are they?
Very. They won't crack, chip or dent if dropped, they're essentially waterproof, and they won't scratch your deck or trucks. They're also soft-edged and travel-friendly. We still recommend supervising toddlers.
Where do you ship, and what if it's not right?
We ship from California to the US and worldwide with tracking. International shipping is calculated at checkout at the carrier's actual rate. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if it's unused and in its original packaging; sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
